Patients have a key role to play as partners in supporting the development of general practice and in ensuring the sustainability of the NHS as a whole.

We have recently established a 'face to face' patient participation group (PPG) so that our patients can have their 'say' about the services we provide.

The purpose of the PPG is to ensure that patients and carers are involved in decisions about the range, shape and quality of services provided by their practice.

The PPG can gain and act on a range of patient and carer feed back from:

GP patient survey

Receiving complaints and suggestions

Friends and Family Test (FFT)

CQC reports

If you would like to join our patient participation group, please contact the Practice Manager for more details.
