All patients (including children) should be informed that they have been allocated a Named GP who will be responsible for their overall care at the practice.

All our patients have been allocated a named doctor. This does not mean you can only see this doctor. You are quite within your rights to book, in advance, to see any doctor you choose or continue to see the GP who is available on the day. Therefore, you should not see any change in the day to day running of our practice or your care.

If you wish to know who your allocated named GP is, please contact the practice or request this information when you next attend the surgery. If you would like your allocated named GP to be changed, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Please remember, this does not affect which doctor you see at the practice.
