Your GP surgery is open for urgent and routine problems at Spondon. We are not currently seeing patients at our St Mark Road surgery.
To keep our patients and staff safe; all appointments will be via telephone, video or online assessment initially. Most problems can be dealt effectively in this way, a face-to-face appointment will only be arranged if it is clinically necessary.
Your surgery has steps in place to ensure that it is safe should you need to attend in person. These measures include socially-distanced waiting areas, hand sanitisers and members of the team wearing personal protective equipment eg masks/visors.
To help us:
- Please do not enter the practice unless you’ve been advised to
- Please attend alone, or with only 1 carer/ parent as necessary
- Please bring your own face covering to your appointment
- Please practice self-care where you can; you can find advice online at 111.nhs.uk, your community pharmacist is also available for advice.
Finally, it is important that you do not ignore symptoms that may need medical attention.
